HPC COVID-19 Guidelines

Prioritizing Your Projects and Your Team

HOLLYWOOD PRODUCTION CENTER is paving the way in combatting the spread of COVID-19 and variants at all five locations.

Prioritizing Your Breathing Environment
We take air quality seriously:

  • We use MERV 13 air filters that remove 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns.
  • We have Honeywell UV Air Filters installed in the main air shafts effective against microorganisms, including mold, mildew, and even some spores.
  • Our air cycles out every 10-15 minutes, for an average of 4-6 Air Changes Per Hour (ACPH).

What if someone on my team tests positive for Covid?
Our protocol for COVID cases is as follows:

  • We will change the filters in the areas that the person was in.
  • We will conduct a static electronic cleaning.
  • This process will take half a day.
  • It costs $100 per office, bullpens or receptions space is included.
  • The studio or company is welcome to bring in their own static electronic cleaning services if they prefer.
  • We do not charge for changing out the filters.
  • However, we must have a static cleaning conducted to kill any touch points that may have COVID-19 variants still on them.

Here are some additional details:

  • The static electronic cleaning will kill any COVID-19 variants that may be present at touch points.
  • The process will take about 4 hours.
  • We will provide all of the necessary equipment and supplies.
  • We will work with you to schedule the cleaning at a time that is convenient for you.
  • If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
